Bladder Diary: Fluid Balance support

Getting started
Is it free?
Yes, the app is free. Logging, the daily summary, the statistics grid, widgets, Apple Watch, iCloud and CSV export are free for as long as you use it. Pro is an optional one-time purchase that adds the PDF report and the advanced charts. There is no subscription, and nothing ever interrupts an entry to ask you to upgrade.
Do I need an account?
No. There is no sign-up, no name, no birthdate. Open the app and start.
I'm not good with apps. Will I manage?
Two buttons and a list of amounts. There is nothing to set up.
What do I record?
The time, what you drank and how much, what you passed or a Not measured tick, whether it was a night trip, and a note if something happened. There is a longer guide with a worked example: how to keep a bladder diary.
How many days should I keep it?
As many as you were asked for. Most clinics want three to seven full days, and a complete short diary is worth more than a long patchy one. Where those numbers come from: how many days is enough.
Does it work on Apple Watch? Which iPhone?
Apple Watch: the same presets and Not measured, with the day's IN, OUT and BALANCE. iPhone with iOS 18 or later. On an iPad the app runs as an iPhone app for now; full iPad support is coming in a later update.
Which languages?
English, German, French, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese (Brazil), Russian, Japanese, Korean and Simplified Chinese. The PDF report is translated too; CSV stays in English.
Logging
I don't know the exact volume. What do I put in?
An estimate. A missed entry is worse than an inexact one, and nothing in the app marks your data as unreliable. If you did not measure at all, use Not measured — it counts towards frequency and night events, and stays out of volume totals.
Can I change the time or add a note?
Yes. Open the entry and change the time, the type or the volume, or add a note.
Can I record urgency or leakage?
Not as separate fields in this version. Add a note to the entry.
Does the app remind me to drink?
No. There is an optional daily reminder to fill in the diary — off by default, you pick the time. Its text never names what the app is about, so it gives nothing away on a locked screen.
Will it ask me to upgrade every time I log?
Never. You only see Pro when you open the report or the advanced charts.
The report and your data
How do I get my numbers out?
CSV export, from Settings, over your whole history, without restriction. The PDF report (Pro) is laid out the way a bladder diary is normally read.
Can I print or email the report?
Yes. The PDF can be printed, shared, emailed, or shown on your phone.
Where is my data? What if my phone breaks?
On your device, and in your own private iCloud database if you turn iCloud on. There is no server and no account. Export a CSV any time for your own backup. See the Privacy Policy.
How do I delete everything?
Settings, Delete all data. One step, one confirmation. It clears the device and, if enabled, your iCloud copy.
Can the app tell me whether my numbers are normal?
No, and it never will. It records what you tell it and shows you the totals. No goals, no norms, no warnings, no advice. Interpretation belongs to your doctor.
Pro
What exactly is in Pro?
The PDF report, the Advanced analytics page (the first weekly chart is free) and the dark app icon. One-time purchase, nothing renews.
I bought Pro and it is not showing on my other device.
Use Restore Purchases in Settings, signed in with the same Apple Account.
